How the data in Star Trek: The countdown to the new prequel comic movie? how it is, if destroyed Star Trek - Nemesis. It is clearly stated and not data B-4
If you remember the end of Nemesis you will recall that B-4 began to sing "blue sky", and earlier in the movie data has a memory transfer with the B-4. I do not know exactly how it happened, but the transfer of data from memory B-4 has essentially given back to life, just like how in Star Trek 2 and 3 implants Spock's katra in McCoy that Spock can be brought back to life. Same principle but this time is between two almost identical androids and B-4 of the personality is lost.
