Funny 21st Speeches

This is a birthday speech sample that can be used for a 18th birthday or 21th. It can easily be changed if it is someone other than the parent who is toasting the celebrant.

The speech sample is approximately 5 minutes in length which is the ideal length for a birthday speech. Anything more than five minutes will probably be brought to your listeners.

It should also be noted that the speech is light but the speaker is not trying to be a comedian. Often inexperienced speakers will try too hard to be funny. The result is inappropriate or offensive remarks.

If you try to push the fun in soft focus on the faults celebrating, as a shopaholic or being a sports nut. In other words, choose a feature that is common and not seen as a major flaw.

Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for joining us tonight, the (insert year) 21st birthday (name of the birthday person).

I look forward to this day from the time my daughter was born. On each anniversary, by the way, a number of things come to mind. Firstly, it makes me feel old to see (name of the birthday of the person) who grow up so quickly. However, I quickly consoled in the fact that each day that passes is one day closer to my costs down! I really do not know what I'll do with the money I'll save for not being a part of (name of the birthday person) wild spending habits. My accountant tells me I may even save enough money to buy a small island!

On his (Enter years) 21 years, I still remember holding (name of the birthday of the person) in my hands like a baby, looking to take his first step and his first words. I did not know it would be 2.5 billion more words Mutter During the next (number of years). I remember her coming home terrified after his first day of school. I also have fond memories of his first Prom in obtaining his degree (high schools, colleges). Today feels like a natural progression.
