Funny Anniversary Toasts

The host must always be the one to start the process. Before starting, it is that person's responsibility to ensure that everyone is full of glass. After the host has offered a toast, others may follow.

Toasts should be short, simple and sincere. The five-page poem that covers the entire life of the winner up to this point is more appreciated by the person who wrote rather than those who listen.

If the group is large, it is not necessary to drink when a toast is made. Instead, simply raise your glass and take a sip. If the group is small and you want to drink, look the person straight in the eyes when you do.

Use the appropriate label roasting. Sipping is safer than greedy, especially if the fence will be extended.

Gentle is better than warm when it comes knocking. You do not want to be remembered as one who broke the window and everyone around you bathed in red wine.

When you're finished, use a phrase like "Here's to?" or provide a phrase such as "Cheers".

The recipient of the toast never drinks or raises a glass. Doing so is a bit like you pats on the back. Instead, the person may increase following grilled toast and respond with a word of thanks or by offering another toast. It is not necessary to hold that if the recipient would like to say a few words in return.

Although it is traditional, alcohol is not necessary to make the toast. carbonated water, plain water or other beverages may be used.

Finally if you want to avoid becoming drunk a toast, raise the glass to your lips, but do not drink. Nobody looks to see if you really swallow.

There are many occasions when a toast is appropriate, including weddings, birthdays, christenings, birthdays, meetings or for the birth of a child. If you know you will attend one of these special occasions, you must prepare your bread in advance. Write down, to be brief and practice until you feel confident. Make sure to speak slowly and loudly enough for all guests to hear.
