Funny Party Themes

I'm having my 16th birthday just a garden were having a BBQ, but I want my friends to come dressed up and there is a theme to the party Has anyone any ideas?
I also do not hire my own costume, it would be better if the ideas were cheap as possible and we can also provide images of what I could wear and decorations
