Funny Staff Awards

I have to make some funny awards for our Christmas party ahead. Any ideas i'v found on the web are mostly related to scholarships (messiest desk, always last to leave etc). As we are a restuarant, coffee, hoping that someone might have good ideas on awards for the heads funny, waitresses, customer service ect. All ideas appreciated!

for the service: Tell them to stop using stuff like rotten good old hags would!
for the head [if a] Guy ask them to stop wearing it apronsand gurls only belong to the kitchen.

I warn to be careful, you always need a wok with these people after the game, and no hurt feelings would be a good idea
