The banana is a good mood enhancer and can give your child lots of mental energy. They contain serotonin - a mood lifting substance, and dopamine - ideal for emotional balance.
Fun
When it is dull, the last thing you want to do is take the children outside! How children play and exercise outdoors, they bring more energy and feel good. Even running and jumping in puddles will increase heart rate and give them a "feel very good" factor!
Hugs and cuddles
There is nothing better on a winter day, huddling and have a hug. Lots of kisses and hugs to remind your child that he / she is loved. Just to feel loved and safe can improve a child's behavior.
