even with the poster and in perfect condition, comics wouldnt lot of dollars ... maybe 5 dollars more ... without the poster isn't worth the paper it is printed on ... and your assessment of the state would also worth a lot less ... the only person who would want it would just be a big fan who wanted to read ... you would be lucky to get a dollar for it ...
