Learn To Draw Comics

I want to learn to draw so I can make my own comics. Is there anywhere cheap that I can learn to draw online? I have been watching Deviant Art to try to help but I'm still stuck in shitty stick figure drawing stage.

Just keep things. It takes a lot (ie) of practice to get good at this kind of thing.
