Ok, I need help with my abbs, of strange sounds, but listen: P? I like a pack of 4. I do like 200 abs a day after meals. Just my pack 4 is really thin, I do not know why it's so thin, I want it to spread more widely. All possible means to do so?
Ok, what you do is just probly the common sit-ups, feet toward you and upward.
what you have to do is to isolate each series of AB to top, middle and theres ABB AB AB below 3 simple ways to work these out, and then you can exorcise another to give you a good pitch on alongside them
When you do sit-ups will go to the left and right angle. So when you sit up, up and left (the left side of work, which makes the spread this way) and top right (which makes the spread this way)

instead of doing sit-ups Normally IE back before THN,
go back (as has normal) But then when you come to turn right then left, but reapeat it strenghthens ur upper body majorly,
