Spawn Comic Books

I read some books illustrated with the world of Spawn, and I've always been intrigued by (Al Simmons character holders) relationship with Angela. I read on Wikipedia that the two had a romantic relationship before being killed in Spawn # 100. Can anyone list and enumerate the cartoon series and the issues that show this relationship? In fact, it would be nice if someone could list all her appearances in all series. Thank you.

They sleep together in the mini-series Angela. His first appearance was in Spawn # 9. She also appeared very briefly in the movie Spawn.
